Please join the MSBA Immigration and Criminal Law
Sections for this 2-hour program that will cover what immigration and criminal law
practitioners need to know about recent developments affecting non-citizens
convicted of certain criminal offenses, including assaults and DWIs. The CLE
will also explore Padilla issues and creative plea bargaining to avoid or
minimize immigration consequences.
