Consumer Litigation and the Pro Se Project: Perspectives from the Bench

In this unique CLE, hosted by US Magistrate Judge Noel, attorneys for both Plaintiffs and Defendants will learn about the strong overlap between the skill set of consumer litigation practitioners and the Pro Se Project. Specifically, the CLE will address:

  • The history of the Pro Se Project

  • How the Project has evolved and success stories

  • The benefits of the Project to the bench, the bar, and the community

  • The Project’s large and growing demand for practitioners with both Plaintiff and Defense consumer litigation experience

  • The benefits of participation in the Project for consumer litigation attorneys

  • Insights from the bench

This program is co-sponsored by the Consumer Litigation and New Lawyers Sections.

Lunch will start at Noon followed by the CLE program from 12:15 - 1:15 p.m.  Special meal requests need to be received no later than Monday, May 16.
