estoppel effect of arbitration awards, deferral of discharge under Local Rule
4004-3, and recent cases involving non-dischargeability.

Presenters:
Steven Opheim: Steven Opheim is vice
president of Dudley and Smith, P.A., practicing in the areas of bankruptcy,
business and commercial law. He is the long-time scoutmaster of a Boy Scout
troop in Golden Valley and an annual traveler to Germany, Austria, or
Switzerland.
David Burns: Minneapolis attorney Dave
Burns is the owner and founding member of Dave Burns Law Office, LLC. Mr. Burns
is a litigator with an emphasis on probate and estate litigation and litigation
in bankruptcy court. He is also a member of the Commitment Defense Project,
where he regularly tries cases on behalf of people with mental illness in
probate court, and of the Hennepin and Ramsey County Guardianship and
Conservatorship Panel. 　Mr. Burns is a member of the Minnesota Association for
Guardianship and Conservatorship (MAGiC) and regularly represents people in need
through the Volunteer Lawyers Network and the West Seventh Community center.
