developments over the past year? Tech lawyer Damien Riehl will discuss recent
developments in technology and the law, exploring how technology is affecting
both substantive law, as well how lawyers practice. Notable developments span

legislation, regulation, and cloud computing. Learn more about the evolving tech
law landscape, as well as trends that will likely continue to affect tech law
practitioners in the coming year.

Elections Committee is available here . Please either vote for the slate in its entirety
or, alternatively, vote for your choice of candidates or write-in the name of
other candidates on the lines provided. Please bring your completed ballot to
the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, May 17, 2016

attention at 612-333-4927. If you wish to send a secret ballot, place your
ballot into an unmarked envelope and place it into another envelope addressed to
Tram Nguyen c/o MSBA, 600 Nicollet Mall, #380, Minneapolis, MN 55402 by
Monday, May 16, 2016.
