Presenter:

Barbara Hauser (Wellesley, U of Penn Law, US Supreme Court clerk) a former partner at the Maslon law firm, principal at Gray Plant and Special Counsel at Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft in New York, has extensive experience in international estate planning. Working with wealthy families around the world has led her to a focus on family governance. See her book International Family Governance and also, from her ten years of advising Saudi families, see her book Saudi-Girl Barbara .

Hauser is the author of International Estate Planning: A Reference Guide (Juris Pub, updated annually), the founding President of the Commission on International Estate Planning of the Union International des Avocats (UIA), former Visiting Associate Professor at the University of MN Law School teaching comparative legal systems and international estate planning.
