This event will be held at
Windows on Minnesota, on the 50th floor of the IDS
Center. Parking can be found in the Marquette Hotel ramp or any of
the other downtown Minneapolis parking ramps.
Join the Civil Litigation Section for their Annual Meeting, dinner and
celebration. This event is free to all Civil Litigation Section members
and provides a wonderful opportunity to relax and socialize with your
colleagues.

"An Evening with Jeffrey Toobin: The
Effect of the
2016 Presidential Election on the United States Supreme Court"
Jeffrey Toobin is an unbiased, deeply analytic (and often
very funny) expert on all matters of American law. He is legal
analyst for CNN and The New Yorker magazine and, among other books, wrote The
Nine: Inside the Secret World of the Supreme Court
(2007) and The
Oath: The Obama White House and the Supreme Court (2012). He will provide a unique look at the inner
workings of The Supreme Court and its influence, as well as how upcoming
elections will shape the court and, in turn, the nation.
