Event Description
Deadline to Register: January 10, 2016
This Roundtable will present a brief overview of the types
of cyber liability insurance that might be available, including limitations on
coverage to consider. The Roundtable discussion will focus on how you
guide your clients in assessing which cyber liability policy or policies may
afford protection for the likely types of risk depending on the client’s
industry, business practices and other security measures in place. The
discussion will continue with how this cyber liability coverage can be enforced
in negotiating vendor services (i.e. data hosting or other data services) or as
a risk mitigation consideration for customer contracts.
The Computer and Technology Section Council will meet at 11:30 a.m.
followed by lunch and the CLE at Noon.
Presenters:
The Roundtable will be co-hosted by Kate
Andresen, Partner at Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC and Dan
Hanson, Senior Vice President Operations & Director of Management
