Remote Only Event. This program was originally scheduled for April 3, 2024
and has been rescheduled to May 6, 2024.
For the past decade or more, businesses, investors and
others have recognized the value of environmental, social and governance (ESG)
as part of corporate performance evaluation to assess the
robustness of a company’s governance mechanisms and its ability to effectively manage
its environmental and social impact. Many companies have integrated ESG
reporting
and sustainability efforts into their everyday operations and planning.
Recently, however, some have questioned the value of these efforts. Join us
for a panel
that will describe what is
meant by sustainability and ESG and what is the business case for
them.
Panelists: Jeffrey Hayward, Senior Counsel, The Sherwin-Williams
Company
Deepti Gage, Environmental Associate, Beveridge & Diamond PC
John Ostergren, Chief Sustainability Officer, Smiths
Group, plc
